Well, thanks to Micky and Boo, my first words of this month weren’t “rabbit rabbit” but “Hey! Cut it out!” So that’s this month done.
At least it’s warm enough for me to ride my bike today. But I didn’t get Pop-Tart breakfast.
Listening to: Milk Street Radio, “A View to a Kill” by Duran Duran, “Stoppin’ the Love” by KT Tunstall
Finished: A Short Walk Through a Wide World by Douglas Westerbeke. 5 stars; book #7 for the year. Magical realism, I guess? I’m not sure exactly why I like it so much, but the idea of the big/infinite? library was a big part of it, I suppose. And just, the character and her adventures. Sort of whimsical and deep at the same time. Next up: a sample of The Nanny’s Handbook to Magic and Managing Difficult Dukes by Amy Rose Bennett
